Members and friends of the Case Campus Freethought Alliance,

In order to get a better grasp on your relationship to our group, we've put together a short, 10-question survey. By filling it out, you'll help us get a better idea of our resources. We've already had
a few events with good attendance, but we'd like to grow even more. Your input will help us determine our future direction and plan events that will best suit your particular interests.

Please especially note the questions on email preference and involvement level. We don't wish to burden anyone unecessarily, nor do we wish to deny anyone the full extent of participation that they
desire. Your answers will particularly help us tailor our mailing list and weekly meeting style to be as relevant as possible.
